\cvevent{Founder}{Seedling, s.r.o.}{08/2020 -- 09/2021}{\site{mattmor.in/projects/seedling}}{}
\begin{itemize}
\item Bootstrapped development of an IoT plant health monitoring system (hardware, PCB design, software, manufacturing). Gained hands-on experience in project management and engineering.
\item Led a small team to validate the technical feasibility of the system using non-corrosive soil moisture sensors (based on my high school research).
\item Identified a cost barrier at the consumer level (~20€/unit production cost) during MVP development for sustainable agriculture solutions. Project concluded due to this barrier.
\end{itemize}

\item Developed a regionally supported educational guide mobile app (initially a school project) that integrated with local geography and history curriculum.
\item Pivoted to a B2B SaaS model, creating a platform for tourism companies and cities to offer custom educational guides to their uses.
\item Gained valuable experience in product development, user research, and navigating the complexities of the tourism industry. Project concluded due to challenges in achieving product-market fit.
